What are these Fijian pearls?

Fijian pearls come from the J. Hunter Pearl Farm, a small boutique producer with an annual harvest of about 25,000 pearls. They grow in a natural color range, gold, green-gold, chocolate, silver, and blue, found in no other pearl, with no dye or treatment.

Since 2019, Assael held the exclusive right to these pearls and was the only company in the United States to offer them. We acquired Assael's entire Fijian collection, now held in our Los Angeles vault. Once a piece sells, it cannot be replaced.

This necklace features beautifully matched Fijian pearls measuring 10.0–12.9 mm, graduated along a finished length of approximately 16.5 inches. The pearls display a rich green-gold body color, a naturally occurring hue among the most sought-after in fine Fijian pearls. Subtle tonal variation adds depth while keeping a cohesive look across the strand.

Bright, highly reflective luster gives the necklace strong presence and clarity. It is finished with an 18K white gold clasp set with 126 natural diamonds totaling 1.07 carats, the cool tone contrasting the warm green-gold pearls and letting the color stand forward.

A one-of-a-kind strand, impossible to reproduce. Once it sells, it will not be made again.
