EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein, you may use this page to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases.

The statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the day you, or someone you designate, receives the goods.

This right is separate from Pearl Paradise’s standard return policy. Certain products may be excluded where permitted by law, including goods made to order, clearly personalized items, special orders, or items modified at the customer’s request.
