A counter appointment, held at your kitchen table
You see the real strand
A second close-up camera sits over the tray. You can compare luster and surface between strands the way you would across a counter, and ask us to turn anything toward the light.
You get a straight answer
Length, size, and which pearl type suits what you already wear. If the piece you are looking at is not the right one for you, we will say so.
You are not limited to the website
The entire inventory sits in the vault on site, direct from the source. If nothing online is quite right, we can bring out strands that were never photographed.

Before you book
How does it work?
Pick a date and time, tell us what you would like to see, and we send a confirmation with your own Zoom link. Your specialist pulls the assortment and sets it aside before you join.
What can I ask to see?
Anything on the site, and a great deal that is not. The vault is on site and the entire inventory is available during your appointment.
Will I be able to see the pearls clearly?
Yes. The studio runs a second close-up camera over the tray, so you can see differences in luster, surface, and overtone between strands rather than taking our word for it.
Am I expected to buy something?
No. Plenty of appointments end with a customer deciding to wait, or to look at something completely different. There is no charge and no obligation.
How far ahead do I need to book?
At least a day. The calendar opens from about eighteen hours out, which gives your specialist time to pull the pearls you asked for before you join.
Can I reschedule?
Your confirmation email has links to reschedule or cancel, up to an hour before the appointment. If something comes up at the last minute, call us at 888-50PEARL.
