Does it cost anything?
No. Requests are free, and there's no obligation to buy.
How soon will I get my video?
Usually within one business day. We'll email you as soon as your page is ready.
Are these the pearls I'll actually receive?
Yes. When you buy from your photo page, the pearls you chose are the ones we ship.
How long do you hold the pearls?
Stocked pieces are set aside for 48 hours after your photos are sent. One-of-a-kind pieces can't be held, so they stay available to other customers.
Can I see the pearls in daylight?
Yes. Mention it in your request and we'll film them outdoors as well as in the studio.
Can I talk to a specialist live?
Yes. Book a free 45-minute virtual appointment and a specialist will show you pearls live and answer your questions.
What if I have a question after watching?
Ask it on your photo page. Your specialist will reply and you'll get an email when they do.
