An extraordinary multicolor Tahitian rope, one hundred eighteen perfectly round pearls measuring 10.0 to 11.0 mm, running an exceptional 52.75 inches and totaling nearly 52 momme. The pearls display the full natural Tahitian spectrum, peacock, green, silver, blue, and aubergine, matched into a flowing multicolor progression along the entire length.

The achievement here is the length. Matching 118 round Tahitian pearls is demanding on its own, but grading them into a harmonious multicolor flow across nearly fifty-three inches, so the colors move and balance continuously around the strand, takes an enormous pool of pearls and years of accumulation to accomplish. A multicolor rope of this length and consistency is rarely seen. The interplay of color along its length is something that comes fully alive only in person, as it drapes and the light moves across it. Each pearl was chosen for that progression, in the tradition Assael was known for.

Finished at approximately 52.75 inches with an 18K white gold ball clasp set with 126 natural diamonds totaling 1.12 carats. At this length it can be worn full, doubled, or knotted.
