Our grades consider luster, shape, surface and matching together, and luster is what they turn on. For surface we describe what the piece actually looks like rather than quoting a clean percentage. At these sizes a piece will almost always carry some marking, and a number cannot tell you whether that marking matters.

These perfect, AAA quality earrings feature perfect-round, 9.0-10.0 mm Tahitian pearls with intense luster resulting in a mirror-like shine. The pearls are paired with two G-VS1 quality diamonds totaling 0.20 carats.

We use a heavy-weight post and backing for all our Tahitian pearl earrings, which will hold snug to the ears. The posts and backs are composed of your choice of solid 14 karat gold.

For decades our buying team has been making regular trips to French Polynesia to source these incredibly colorful pearls. Because we personally import every Tahitian pearl we offer, we can guarantee they are 100% natural color and have never been treated in any way.
