A strand of twenty-three baroque South Sea pearls measuring 14.2 to 18.9 mm, totaling 32.8 momme. These are large pearls, approaching 19 mm, with luminous natural white bodycolor, thick nacre, and expressive organic forms that give the strand a bold, sculptural presence.
Finished at approximately 17.25 inches with an 18K white gold diamond-set clasp set with 158 natural diamonds totaling 2.27 carats, proportioned to the substantial scale of the pearls.
A one-of-a-kind strand from the Assael Collection, held in our Los Angeles vault. Once it sells, it will not be available again.
