"These south seas pearls are so pretty. I had been wearing daily for years some fairly small pearls that my mother-in-law had made for me years ago. The nacre had begun to wear off of them and I decided, at 60+, that I needed to replace them with something more fitting of a more mature woman. Because I have a problem with metal allergies, I had been used to surgical steel back and posts. But the 14K gold is working just fine for me and the earrings look fabulous.
