This exquisite white freshwater pearl necklace is made with 6.5-7.0 mm Freshadama-grade pearls, the finest quality freshwater pearls available. Representing the top 0.01% of each year’s harvest, these pearls are selected for their roundness, mirror-like luster, and exceptionally clean surfaces.
Each pearl is meticulously matched for tone, size, and symmetry. The strand is hand-knotted on twin silk in our Los Angeles studio and finished with your choice of solid 14 karat white or yellow gold clasp with a secure safety hook. Available in 16- and 18-inch lengths, every strand is made to order, and custom lengths are gladly accommodated upon request.
Each pearl is solid nacre to the center, with no bead beneath the surface. In the classic 6.5-7.0 mm size, this strand is graceful, luminous, and ideal for those seeking the very best in understated luxury.

"They are beautiful pearls but you can still tell they are freshwater. A bit disappointed as I read on a forum that you can't tell "freshadama" apart from akoya but I would say the difference is noticeable if you compare them side by side."
