Akoya pearls are known for their perfect round shape and unmistakable luster unique to pearls grown in the cold coastal waters of Japan. The finest pearls from this region are known for their mirror-like luster and smooth surfaces – qualities you will clearly see the moment you open the box.
The pearls measure 6.5-7.0 mm, a conservative size. The pearls are individually knotted on twin silk so they never rub or scratch, and the bracelet is finished with a solid gold clasp with a safety catch. Your pearls will always be secure.
For decades we have been working with the same family-run farms in Japan. These families understand our rigorous grading standards and select pearls specifically for us. They ensure the pearls we offer fall within the top range of the AAA category. This is something we know you’ll appreciate the moment you open the box.
