"I am happy with the setting style and the pearl, but not so much with the workmanship. the pearl is set off center, with a visible gap on one side. One of the prongs holding one of the diamonds is bent in so much, in comparison to the others, it gives the appearance that you are securing a diamond smaller than the space is meant for. I actually intend to set up an in person visit with you so you can rectify these issues. thanks and see you soon."
