Very fast shipping ( Internal Shipping in my case) and Makenna from Client Service was very efficient, patient and took time and care to respond to all queries. My only constructive feedback will be regarding the packaging. If Pearl Paradise can invest into a bit more "Premium Packaging" it will enhance the buying experience. The pouch provided was acceptable quality but was a bit pedestrian in nature and does not match the premium product inside. A higher quality packaging will enhance the customer buying experience.
