Assael Collection: 10.9–13.3 mm Fijian Pearl Necklace

This Fijian pearl strand features beautifully matched pearls measuring 10.9–13.3 mm, arranged along a 19-inch length. The strand displays a rare range of naturally occurring pastel colors, including soft gold, blush pink, pale blue, and silvery green. These delicate pastel tones are a hallmark of fine Fijian pearls and are rarely seen together with this level of size, balance, and consistency.

The pearls exhibit a bright, highly reflective luster that gives clarity and separation to each hue while maintaining a cohesive overall appearance. The strand is finished with an 18k yellow gold clasp set with 120 diamonds totaling 1.32 carats. The warm gold complements the pastel palette, while the diamond setting adds a refined point of brilliance proportionate to the scale of the pearls.

These pearls were produced by J. Hunter Pearl Farm in Fiji, a small boutique farm with an annual production of approximately 25,000 pearls. Assael has held an exclusive relationship with the farm since 2019 and has been the only company in the United States to offer these exceptional pearls, known for a color range found nowhere else in the pearl world.

This necklace is part of the Assael collection now held in our Los Angeles vault and made available at a level of value that has not previously existed in the company’s 80-year history.
