These earrings are crafted with our finest 7.0–7.5 mm Hanadama akoya pearls, perfectly matched for size and beauty. Their luminous luster, round shape, and smooth, bright surfaces create a look of timeless elegance. Each pearl is mounted on solid 14k gold posts with secure friction backs.

Most akoya pearls are lightly pinked after harvest to achieve the classic white with rose overtone. These pearls are different. Selected for their naturally white body color and exceptional luster, they display a brilliant, cool-white tone touched with just a hint of rose. Their beauty is so striking that they have bypassed the traditional pinking process.

For decades we have worked with family-run farms in Japan that understand our rigorous standards and set aside pearls exclusively for us. Once imported, every pearl is examined by our Chief Creative Officer, Hisano Shepherd. Only those at the very top of the Hanadama category are chosen, ensuring a consistent level of quality you will recognize the moment you open the box.

Each pair is accompanied by a uniquely numbered, laminated certificate from the Pearl Science Laboratory of Japan. This report verifies their Hanadama status and confirms that no color enhancement has been applied. These rare earrings represent the finest natural white akoya pearls in the world.
