This necklace is composed of thirty-three perfectly round Tahitian cultured pearls measuring 12.0–14.5 mm, with a total weight of 28.2 momme. The pearls display thick nacre, exceptional luster, and very dark natural bodycolor highlighted by intense aubergine overtones, a rare and highly sought-after color expression within Tahitian pearls.
Each pearl was meticulously selected and matched for size, saturation, and overtone strength, resulting in a strand of remarkable cohesion and visual depth. The necklace is finished at approximately 18.75 inches with an 18K white gold clasp set with 40 natural diamonds totaling 3.01 carats, adding a substantial and refined finishing element proportionate to the scale and rarity of the pearls.
