Assael Collection: 9.3–12.8 mm Fijian Pearl Necklace

This Fijian pearl strand features beautifully matched pearls measuring 9.3–12.8 mm, graduating smoothly along a 16.5-inch length. The pearls display a rare golden body color with subtle green overtones, a distinctive hue that has become synonymous with the finest Fijian pearls. The pearls are very well matched, with a sharp, reflective luster that highlights the depth and complexity of the color.

The strand is finished with an 18k yellow gold clasp set with 90 diamonds totaling 0.90 carats. The clasp adds a refined point of brilliance while maintaining balance with the richness of the pearls themselves.

These pearls were produced by J. Hunter Pearl Farm in Fiji, a small boutique farm with an annual production of approximately 25,000 pearls. Assael has held an exclusive relationship with the farm since 2019 and has been the only company in the United States to offer these exceptional pearls, known for a color range found nowhere else in the pearl world.

This necklace is part of the Assael collection now held in our Los Angeles vault and made available at a level of value that has not previously existed in the company’s 80-year history.
