These exquisite earrings feature our finest natural white 9.0–9.5 mm Japanese akoya pearls, perfectly round with sharp luster and smooth, bright surfaces. Each pearl is accented with round brilliant-cut G-VS1 diamonds totaling 0.20 carat, set in solid 14k gold.

Most akoya pearls are lightly “pinking” treated after harvest to achieve the classic white with rose overtone. These pearls are different. Selected for their rare natural white body color and intense natural luster, they have skipped the traditional pinking process entirely. The result is an authentic natural white akoya pearl, elegant with just a whisper of rose.

For decades we have worked with family-run farms in Japan that understand our rigorous standards. These producers hand-select pearls exclusively for us, ensuring we receive only the top range of the hanadama category. Once imported, every pearl is examined by our Chief Creative Officer, Hisano Shepherd, who rejects anything that does not meet the highest natural white hanadama grade.

Each pair is accompanied by a uniquely numbered and laminated report from the Pearl Science Laboratory of Japan, certifying not only their hanadama status but also verifying that no color treatment has been applied.
