These elegant earrings feature 9.0–9.5 mm natural white Hanadama akoya pearls, considered large for akoya yet perfectly wearable. Their round shapes, intense luster, and bright, smooth surfaces are beautifully displayed in classic 14k gold dangle settings that sit securely and never droop.

While most akoya pearls are lightly pinked after harvest to achieve the familiar white with rose overtone, these pearls were selected for their naturally white body color and exceptional brilliance. With their cool white tone and subtle touch of rose, they stand apart as a rare and striking alternative to traditionally pinked pearls.

For decades we have partnered with family-run farms in Japan that reserve their best pearls exclusively for us. Once imported, each pearl is personally examined by our Chief Creative Officer, Hisano Shepherd, who accepts only those at the very top of the Hanadama category.

Every pair comes with a uniquely numbered, laminated certificate from the Pearl Science Laboratory of Japan.
