Presenting one of the finest strands of Akoya pearls available anywhere. This is an 8.0-8.5 mm, Goddess (Tennyo) graded strand of Hanadama Akoya pearls—certified at the highest level by Japan’s Pearl Science Laboratory.
You may already be familiar with Hanadama, a designation reserved for the highest quality Akoya pearls. But among these elite pearls is a category even more exclusive: Tennyo. This rare certification is reserved for strands that exceed even Hanadama standards in every measurable way—luster, surface, nacre thickness, and orient.
The 8.0-8.5 mm size is considered ideal by many pearl connoisseurs—large enough to make an impression, yet timeless and refined. These pearls exhibit mirror-like luster and a soft, luminous glow that only the finest Akoya pearls can achieve.
The strand is hand-knotted on twin silk and finished with your choice of a solid 14K gold ball clasp or an 18K gold clasp set with natural diamonds, in your choice of 16 or 18 inches. Every clasp has a safety hook. It is accompanied by a Pearl Science Laboratory certificate indicating its rare Tennyo Hanadama status.
Please note: all strands are PSL-certified at 18 inches. If you select a 16-inch length, the necklace will be shortened and the remaining pearls will be included loose so the total pearl count matches the PSL certificate.
