This long pearl necklace is composed of round freshwater pearls that were hand-selected for their shape, brilliant shine and smooth surfaces. The natural-color pearls are perfectly matched for shape, color and quality, a true feat considering the number of pearls needed to create such a long necklace.
The strand is ungraduated, so the pearls match evenly throughout. The pearls measure 8.5-9.0 mm in size. This size is considered medium-large, which is often preferred in a longer strand such as this.
You will never lose your pearls even if the strand breaks, because we’ve hand-knotted it with color-matching twin silk, a double knot between each pearl. This will also protect your pearls from rubbing and scratching. The strand is finished with a solid gold clasp with a safety catch for added luxury and security.
