After I talked to Erin she is one of a customer service representative she is very helpful and walk me through how to order and pick the best set of my first pearl earrings. The first pairs arrived my home within two days but I found that the stud that hold on to the pearl was very small and I wish it could be bigger , I didn’t hesitate To contact Erin again and she came up with an amazing idea to customize my new set to a bigger stud, it didn’t take That long and my second pairs arrived to my house within 2 days, the new one looks amazing and it is what I looking for.... the highest luster pearl with the largest gold stud.
