What are these Fijian pearls?

Fijian pearls come from the J. Hunter Pearl Farm, a small boutique producer with an annual harvest of about 25,000 pearls. They grow in a natural color range, gold, green-gold, chocolate, silver, and blue, found in no other pearl, with no dye or treatment.

Since 2019, Assael held the exclusive right to these pearls and was the only company in the United States to offer them. We acquired Assael's entire Fijian collection, now held in our Los Angeles vault. Once a piece sells, it cannot be replaced.

This necklace features beautifully matched Fijian pearls measuring 9.3–12.8 mm, graduating smoothly along a finished length of approximately 16.5 inches. The pearls display a rare golden body color with subtle green overtones, a naturally occurring hue closely associated with the finest Fijian pearls.

Sharp, highly reflective luster highlights the depth and complexity of the color while keeping strong clarity across the strand. The necklace is finished with an 18K yellow gold clasp set with 90 natural diamonds totaling 0.90 carats, a refined point of brilliance kept proportionate to the richness of the pearls.

A one-of-a-kind strand, impossible to reproduce. Once it sells, it will not be made again.
