When only the finest will do, hanadama akoya pearls are the highest echelon—selected from the top of each harvest for their unmatched luster and delicate iridescence.
This 7.0-7.5 mm strand is our most popular size and is available in both 16- and 18-inch lengths. The 16-inch sits just above the collarbone, while the 18-inch—known as princess length—falls just below, making either ideal for any occasion.
Each necklace is hand-knotted on twin silk and finished with a solid 14k gold clasp featuring a safety hook for added security.
Our trusted partners in Japan carefully process and prepare each strand, and every pearl is personally inspected by Hisano, our Chief Creative Officer, to ensure it meets the highest hanadama standard.
Your necklace arrives with a numbered, laminated certificate from the Pearl Science Laboratory of Japan, verifying the exceptional quality of your pearls.
Note:All hanadama strands are certified at the full 18-inch length. If you select the 16-inch option, your necklace will be professionally shortened, but the certificate will reflect the full set of pearls used in the original 18-inch strand.
