The pendant is hand-made in our Los Angeles studio to our own exacting specifications We choose a flawless pearl, hand-drill it and attach it securely to the setting where it dangles effortlessly beneath the waterfall of sparkling diamonds.
We use an extra-fine diamond grade (VS1-G), which is normally reserved for solitaire diamond rings. It's rare to see this diamond grade used as accent stones in jewelry.
Golden South Sea pearls are among the rarest and most sought-after pearls in the world. They are also exceedingly difficult to produce, growing in only a few remote locations throughout South East Asia. The golden pearls set in this pair of earrings were grown in the warm, tropical waters near Palawan in the Philippines.
