"Pearl Paradise has an effortless and liberal exchange policy that is second to none. That is why I’m giving this four stars even though I didn’t like the bracelet. I already owned some Freshadama pearls, so when I got this bracelet of AAA pearls, I was disappointed in the comparative quality. These pearls are noticeably less white, and much more dull than Freshadamas. I returned this bracelet and exchanged it for one with smaller but higher quality Freshadama pearls. Also, the clasp used for these larger pearls is infuriating. I absolutely couldn’t put on this bracelet without help from another person The clasp used for smaller pearls is hard too, but not as impossible as this ball clasp."
