When you wear this set of pearls for the first time, you will discover the unmistakable - the luster found in the finest hanadama akoya pearls is surreal. You will never want to take them off.
The pearls are perfectly matched and their size falls within the 7.5-8.0 mm range - a size considered very easy to wear. They are set on solid gold posts, which will hold tight to your ears with secure friction backs.
There is a quality range within hanadama standards, and these earrings are composed of top-graded hanadama akoya pearls grown in the cold coastal waters of Japan. The finest pearls from this region are known for their mirror-like luster and smooth surfaces.
For decades we have been working with the same family-run farms in Japan. These families understand our rigorous standards and select these special pearls specifically for us. They ensure the pearls are only the top range of the hanadama category.
Once the natural-white hanadama pearls are selected, they are imported and graded by our Chief Creative Officer, Hisano. She examines every strand and every pearl to ensure the quality is always the same, rejecting any pearls that do not fall within the highest hanadama range. You will recognize her commitment to quality the moment you open the box. These pearls will take your breath away.
Accompanying your earrings is a uniquely numbered and laminated pearl quality report prepared by the Pearl Science Laboratory of Japan, which not only describes in detail the beauty and perfection. it also certifies that there is no color treatment found in any these pearls.
