Returns - Exchanges - Repairs

  • Item must be received within 90 days of the date the order was placed, and in its original condition.
  • Fill out and print this form. Please include it in the package along with a copy of the invoice/sales receipt.
  • For returns coming from outside of the United States, please mark the package as a "return" on the customs form.
  • Ship the package via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. Keep the tracking number for your records.
  • Make sure the item you are returning is well-padded as to avoid damage during transit. Please make sure that all clasps are securely wrapped to prevent dents and scratches.
