Any other non-profit organization that works to benefit society

Donations will be made to qualified charitable organizations only. IRS Publication 526 states, "A charitable contribution is a donation or gift to, or the use of, a qualified organization. It is voluntary and is made without getting, or expecting to get, anything of equal value." The publication also states that such organizations "Include nonprofit groups that are religious, charitable, educational, scientific, or literary in purpose, or that work to prevent cruelty to children or animals."
PearlParadise.com Inc. reserves the right to approve or deny any submitted request, for any reason, at the sole discretion of the management.
Donations are limited to one per event, and one per organization or chapter there of.
Donations will be given on a first come first serve basis, not to exceed 2,007 pieces.
Personal information, apart from the legal name of the 501(c)(3) submitting organization, is protected of the PearlParadise.com Inc. PRIVACY POLICY, and will not be disclosed to outside parties.
No warranty of donation of any kind is expressed or implied.
In no respect will PearlParadise.com Inc. or any of its officers be held liable for damages resulting from indirect, direct, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from donation.
