Custom Orders
Custom orders are orders where items have been altered from their original listing specifications at the customers’ request. Custom alterations could include a change in clasp, change in length, etc.
If a custom item is returned or exchanged the following restringing fees will be applied:

- $15 for bracelets
- $20 for necklace lengths ranging from 14 inches to 22 inches
- $40 for necklace lengths ranging from 23 inches to 36 inches

Special Orders
Special orders are orders for items that are not listed on the website.
In most cases special orders are non-refundable due to the difficulty in re-selling a custom-made, or special request item. If Pearl Paradise does accept the return on a special or custom-made item it will be subject to a restocking fee ranging anywhere from 10%-25% of the price of the item. You can ask in advance to purchasing a custom-made or special order item what the restocking fee would be in the event of a return and the sales representative will provide you with that information via the “special instructions” box at checkout that will appear on your invoice.
