Pearl Paradise will ship to almost any International country.  However, due to the high usage of fraudulently obtained credit card numbers in several Asian and Eastern European countries, we will verify credit card billing addresses, and card ownership before we ship any items to Asia or Eastern Europe.  We will accept absolutely no credit card orders under any circumstances from Indonesia, Romania, Russia, Turkmenistan, Philippines, nor any African nations.  No exceptions. 

Please note, some shipments may require customs duty. You may want to check with your country’s customs department to look up the current duty rates.
