Acceptance of Sweepstakes Rules
Upon entering the PearlParadise.com Pearl-Giveaway contest (the “Sweepstakes”) operated on the PearlParadise.com, Inc. official Web site, you accept and agree to these official rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions are final.

Sweepstakes Eligibility
The Pearl Giveaway contests (the “Sweepstakes”) are only open and offered to 1. Entrants who provide their email address on the contest page 2. legal residents of the one of the 50 United States or D.C; and 3. at least 18 years of age on the date of entry into the Pearl-Giveaway Sweepstakes.

PearlParadise.com Inc. and its affiliated company employees, managers, immediate family members of employees and managers are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period
The Pearl-Giveaway contest (the “Sweepstakes”) will commence at 1:00 p.m. PST on February 6th, 2010, and will end at 9:00 a.m. PST on March 15th, 2010.

Pearl-Giveaway Contest Prize
The Prize consists of one (1) Pink to Peach Freshwater Pearl Necklace with an approximately retail value of 482 US dollars.

Odds of Winning
Odds of winning the Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries receives during the Sweepstakes Promotion Period.

Drawing
On or about March 15th, 2010, the Sweepstakes Administrator will conduct a prize drawing from all eligible entries via a random drawing on Random.org. The Administrator’s decisions are final and binding.

Notification
On or about March 15th, 2010, the winner will be notified by email and announced on the Sweepstakes page and/or via email to all entrants. The potential prize winner will be asked to provide their name, telephone number, address and date of birth to ensure compliance with these official rules. If the potential prize winner cannot be reached within three business days from the date of the first notification attempt, an alternate potential prize winner will be chosen from all eligible entries.

Taxes Associated with Prize
All applicable state, local and federal taxes associated with the Prize will remain the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.
